After cutting, glass edges are ground and polished to remove sharp edges, improve edge quality, and prepare the glass for further processing.
Processed by Taiwan Tungchang tempering furnace, our tempered glass features high mechanical strength and safety performance for building‑grade applications.
Glass panes are assembled and sealed with a spacer system to create an insulating cavity, improving thermal performance and energy efficiency.
Precision support dots are automatically placed at controlled intervals to maintain a uniform vacuum gap and provide stable support between glass panes.
Completes vacuuming and edge‑sealing in one single cycle, producing vent‑free vacuum glass with stable vacuum performance and long service life.
Secure packaging and careful loading ensure safe delivery.
QUALITY CONTROL
